We herewith describe the privacy policy (including aspects related to cookies’ use) - drafted in accordance with article 13 of Regulation UE 679/2016 (hereinafter the “GDPR”) - regarding the processing of any data concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, collected by means of the following website: www.g-legale.it (hereinafer the “Website”). We point out that the present notice doesn’t concern in any manner whatsoever data collected, also automatically, by means of other websites (i) possibly visited by the users through links located on the Website’s pages or (ii) which contain links to the Website.
1. Type of data processed
Navigation data automatically collected
During the normal use of the Website some data can be automatically collected (such as Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of requested resources, IP addresses or the domain names of computers through which the users connect to the Website, the method used to submit requests to the server, the code showing the status of the server reply). The transmission of such data is implied while using the Internet communication protocols. Such data is not collected in order to be associated to any identified person.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that - while the user visit the Website - is stored on user’s browser or the hard drive of user’s computer in order to file some technical information and to be later resent to the Website.
Data voluntarily provided for by users
If a user sends a message to the e-mail addresses indicated on the Website’s pages, we will collect sender’s address and any other personal data included in the message to the extent necessary to the purposes specified under section 4.. The so called sensibile data or any data relevant to the special categories of personal data set forth by article 9 of GDPR possibly sent by users will be immediately cancelled, with the exception of data contained on curricula vitae voluntarily sent.

The transmission of navigation data is implied in visiting the Website.
As for cookies, unless you have adjusted your browser settings so that it will refuse them, the Website will issue cookies while you visit it. If you use your browser settings to block cookies sent by the Website you may have difficulty to access such Website.
The user is free to provide other data indicated in section 1., it being understood that not providing such data could impair the fulfilment of user’s requests.

Collected data can be processed with both IT and paper tools exclusively for the time necessary to the purposes for which it has been collected, subject to principles of lawfulness, fairness, completeness, relevance and not excessiveness in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
Specific security measures are taken in order to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use thereof and unauthorized access.
4. Purposes of data processing

Such data can be used exclusively to obtain statistic anonymous information concerning the Website’s use and to make the Website’s contents be displayed properly.
Cookies
Cookie technology is used exclusively to transmit technical information to the Website in order to allow an efficient visit thereof.
Data voluntarily provided for by users
Such data will be used exclusively to fulfil user’s request and to keep track thereof to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without any prejudice to the rights mentioned under section 7. of the present notice.
5. Subjects who carry out data processing
Navigation data automatically collected - Cookies
The data controller of such data is the subject in charge of mantainance and management of the Website (please notice that could be more than one data controller). Data processing operations can be performed by subjects appointed as “data processors” or as “people in charge of processing” by the data controllers.
Data voluntarily provided for by users
The data controller of such data is Mr Fabio Gusso, fiscal code: GSSFBA72E08G914E, with domicile at Studio Legale Gusso’ seat. The data controller appoints as “data processor” the subject in charge of mantainance and management of server on which collected data is filed and reserves the faculty of appointing further data processors, in particular among Studio Legale Gusso’s members and professionals. Data processing operations can be performed also by subjects appointed by the data controller or by the data processors as people in charge or authorised of processing among their employees or collaborators. The data controller has not appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal data.
6. Communication and dissemination of data
Without prejudice to provisions set forth under section 5. of the present notice with regard to data processors and people in charge of processing, personal data can be communicated to third parties – such as professionals and collaborators of, or service providers for, the data controller – exclusively in order to pursue the purposes mentioned under section 4. and/or in case that such communication is required by any applicable law or regulation.
Collected data will not be disseminated.
7. Rights of the data subjects
Pursuant to the GDPR, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have in particular the right to:
· Obtain from the data controller access to their personal data, the correction of their own inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete ones, the deletion of their personal data at the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in section 17, paragraph 1, of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article, the limitation of the processing of their personal data in the cases indicated in section 18, paragraph 1, of the GDPR; · Obtain from the data controller their personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, also in order to communicate such data to another data controller; · Oppose the processing of their personal data at any time in the event of particular situations of their interest; · Propose a complaint to a supervisory authority (Authority for the protection of personal data - www.garanteprivacy.it).
